Seth Berge is the founder of Precision Biologics, which helps clients and healthcare providers access regenerative medicine treatments. Seth has been in the industry for over 6 years, but the market is still in its infancy.
There have been a lot of developments in the industry since Seth’s last article was published in 2022. This article will cover how his business (and the industry as a whole) has developed since then and where it’s going.
Regenerative medicine is a revolutionary technology that uses stem cell injections to heal your injuries, reverse the aging process, and provide other health benefits.

As Seth puts it, “The general definition of regenerative medicine is: ‘How can we get the body to heal itself naturally – without steroids or surgery?’ And of course, that’s where stem cells come in. Regenerative medicine is the science of replacing cells, tissues, and organs to restore or re-establish normal function.”
Stem cells repair organs and soft tissues in your body. They speed up recovery from injuries to tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and rotator cuff tears.
Seth continues, “It’s huge for pain management because when people tear soft tissue or they have injuries, it can cause them pain. Some of the next frontier that’s being developed now is anti-aging.”
Med spas also use regenerative medicine for cosmetics and aesthetic procedures. Stem cells are used to reduce wrinkles and increase collagen production. They can also repair hair follicles to regrow hair naturally.
Seth’s new company, Precision Biologics, is involved in the entire process of regenerative medicine treatment.
“I’ve actually got into the distribution and product development part of this. So with a couple partners in mind, we’ve been able to go directly to these tissue manufacturers that are collecting the umbilical cord, the birthing tissue, placenta, these are FDA registered labs here in the States. And we’re able to make contracts with them where they make products specific to what our patients or our doctors are asking for. So that’s been a huge difference for me, as I’m now heavily involved in distribution. So I sell to dozens and dozens of doctors, orthopedic surgeons, surgery centers,” Seth describes.
His company covers the whole spectrum of regenerative medicine, from manufacturing to distribution and connecting individual patients with treatment options.
Precision Biologics supplies pro sports teams with regenerative medicine, which proves its effectiveness. Their products have even contributed to world championships. Seth shares, “So I work with a lot of the Dallas teams. The Dallas Stars are a client of mine and the Texas Rangers are too. For example, the Texas Rangers won the World Series last year, and they buy my product. So their orthopedic doctor injects all their players with the stem cell product any time they pull a muscle or strain anything. And for every round they advanced I would get 75 vials of stem cells ordered.”
Precision Biologics distributes the products and helps doctors, chiropractors, and other practitioners incorporate regenerative medicine into their practice. They offer training to teach doctors how to treat people with regenerative medicine, through a partnership with Platinum Biologics.
“So the partner I have with Precision Biologics is called Platinum Biologics. And they have a phenomenal medical doctor, Dr. Scott Martin, and he’s available to do peer-to-peer training for any provider in the space, whether it’s an MD, looking to do joint injections, spinal injections, or if it’s just a med spa looking to do facials, we have him at our disposal. He’s got his own clinic in Las Vegas, it’s a fantastic clinic,” Seth elaborates.
With this partnership, Seth can help doctors learn to provide regenerative medicine in their practice. The team trains them on the administration and marketing of stem cell therapy. Seth continues, “And he will actually train new providers on exactly how to use the products that I have – the protocols, how much of it to use. He’ll even help a new provider on the business side and say, ‘This is what you should charge. This is how you make money. These should be your margins.’ And we also have full-on marketing, too. So if the clinic is like, ‘I want to get into this, how do I talk to my patients about it? How do I let the people in my community know that we’re offering this?’ We have marketing for them as well.”
He also helps patients get connected with regenerative medicine providers in their area. Seth’s business has around 50 informational dinners across the country every week, where his partners educate potential patients about the benefits of regenerative medicine.
